Active RFID Asset Tracking Tags
NextGen Solutions offer consultation and supply of Active RFID asset tracking tags. Our infrared sensors for room and rack level location resolution ensure equipment can be located at any time in a quick and efficient manner. RFID beacons emit a signal at set intervals for live tracking.
Types of RFID Tag
RFID asset tracking tags are used in various environments, reducing manual labour and tracking assets using serial numbers and spreadsheets. There are tags suited for use in distribution centres, data centres, and healthcare facilities utilising radio frequency identification technology.
Standard RFID asset tracking tags can be attached to data centre assets, such as network switches, servers, and other floor standing or racked assets in data centres and distributed environments. They cause no damage to equipment or interference.
We also supply specialised RFID asset tracking tags that are sealed for use in health settings such as hospitals and care homes. These can be used to track beds, nurse’s stations, crash carts, and any other equipment that can be moved from one room or floor to another in a healthcare facility.
